I have had around over 8 years experience in BPO Industry. I started out as a customer service agent in the Poker Department and eventually became Quality Assurance Analyst and then a Shift manager. In my stay in Poker Department, I have created a lot of Macro enabled excel files which made the work flow more efficient.
When the Customer Service division was merged, I became a Special accounts officer primarily responsible in handling inquiries of Sports betting customers via chat, email and phone.
I have advanced Excel skills, I can create complex formulas and pivot tables. I also have a background in VBA programming which I believe is very useful in automating repetitive work processes.
In addition to that, I hold a diploma for computer Technology and I also had studied Computer Science for 2 years.
My skill set include Visual Basic programming, Advance Skills in MS Access, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. I also know Basic webpage design using HTML and CSS.
