As Joint Director in MoD I led a pilot project for automating army’s supply chain management functions through system study and implementing a custom
developed online multiuser software deployed through a newly created Data Centre.

Innovation
I pioneered deployment of a web portal for online order processing with customers and Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) in defense forces as
also created a digital library of complete range of inventory uploaded on the web portal for correct identification by customers at the time of indenting.
Successfully implemented the Lighthouse project in the form of SAP implementation for MoD with multiple firsts like DFPS module, SAP with DB2 Pure
Scale and RSA MFA tokens.
In Deloitte I led PMO track for joint GTM campaigns and opportunities in Govt / PSU sector and select industries like Pharma, Manufacturing & Logistics. I
created and enhanced innovative Assets for DSC (EWM and TM) and Dashboards for Senior Management to help clients in their S4 journey.
In AKS ICT I have led creation of AI assisted Training and Assessment for various courses on Cyber Security.
I drove automation of complete inventory functions including deployment of the web portal for online order processing with customers on Visual BASIC
and SQL Server as well as IVRS at field and regional level.
Technology
As Program Director I led a very large IT project of MoD first a custom developed software using EJB, WebLogic and Oracle as platforms on Sun Solaris
Servers and then an ERP (SAP) solution on IBM P-8 Servers housed in three Data Centers created budgeted for more than Rs 1000 Crores at
geographically dispersed more than 600 locations across India heading a team of 250 members from Domain, Functional and Technical areas.
I have led some of the largest technology pursuits in public and logistics sector besides other industries in Deloitte as also successfully delivered multiple
SAP ECC and S4 HANA for implementations and roll out projects including for GST and E-Invoicing as also EWM and SRM implementations in different
industry verticals across different continents.
I have led AKS ICT for 2 years in the field of Cyber Security in all its manifestations utilizing all tools and technologies including AI.
As an army officer over 32 years I have led men and women in all conditions including extreme pressure situations like Op Vijay in Kargil and Op Orchid in
Nagaland.

At middle and senior management levels I have successfully commanded establishments with a mix of combatants and unionized civilian workforce.
During various IT and non IT initiatives in army and corporate life I have structurally and innovatively managed organizational change including use of
