My background includes experience in three fields that complement each other in unique ways: intelligence analysis, marketing, and cybersecurity. In intelligence analysis, I learned how to gather data, analyze, and present data in a clear and compelling way. In marketing, I learned to understand users' needs and wants and to design based on actionable data. In cybersecurity, I gained experience communicating and problem-solving with technical professionals and stakeholders at all levels. Paired with my design education, these perspectives allow me to bring a broad range of insights to the table.

What truly ignites my passion within the UX process is delving into the core underlying issues and crafting solutions that deliver measurable impact. With a natural aptitude and decades of experience in teaching, team-facilitating, and conveying complex ideas, I bring a unique ability to distill complex concepts into straightforward insights, empowering teams to collaborate meaningfully and effectively.
