Currently, I serve as Head of Procurement and Bid Management at Saffron Corporation Ltd, where I lead the complete bid and business development lifecycle — from identifying new opportunities on etender.gov.bd to developing technical–commercial proposals, managing vendor relations, and driving negotiation and closure. My work involves coordinating with OEMs, EPCs, and international solution partners to deliver large-scale ICT and security infrastructure projects, many for government entities under digital transformation initiatives.
