Immediately after the training, SMIIEL gave me the position of Trainee Engineer and within 1 year promoted as Assistant Engineer. Deputed to wiring team within a short period of time (we have a special inspection team for Wiring, because the parts need high accuracy and precision; consisting of experienced staff). Reduced customer complaints regarding the inspection reports and visual concerns of parts by the proper checking of parts and monitoring reports before sending to customer.
