With over five years of experience in HR and administrative roles, I honed my ability to

manage high-stakes situations and build trust through exceptional service. These skills were

especially vital during the pandemic from 2017 to 2023. In April 2023, I transitioned into a

Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, where I’ve driven over $1 million in pipeline

value and consistently created 95+ qualified opportunities per month by combining active

listening, strategic pipeline development, and a deep commitment to delivering real

solutions. Since January 2025, I’ve taken on the role of Project Manager at Pareto.ai, leading

end-to-end execution of AI-related projects. This includes overseeing recruitment, vetting,

onboarding, project execution, workflow design, worker guidelines, and payouts. My

multidisciplinary background allows me to adapt quickly, manage time effectively, and foster

lasting client and team relationships. Currently pursuing a degree in psychology with a focus

on human behavior and data analysis, I continually refine my understanding of decision-making-

making and motivation—tools I use daily to drive performance, engagement, and results.
