Hi my name is Astrid Romero I am 27 years old and currently reside in Honduras. My native language is Spanish and I handle English a 100% written and spoken. My first job was as an English teacher for a elementary school for a year. Later on I worked at Startek on T-mobile at customer service for 8 months. I also worked at Convergys for 4 years, I started at customer service by phone then through chat. Later on I got promoted to manage a IT helpdesk for a bussiness account called Harman International I was incharge on ordering the employees phones and ipads.My last year at Convergys I was at technical support for Comcast. This year I worked remote at Cygnus Pacific taking investors votes.
