Astrid Alejandra Castro Baday

I am an Industrial Engineer with more than 8 years of experience in the banking sector,

where I served as an Agency Supervisor. During this role, I developed strong skills in staff

leadership, sales management, customer service, budgeting, KPI control, analysis of

accounting entries, and overall operational management, among other responsibilities.

I later worked as an HR Auditor, an experience that deepened my interest in Human

Resources and motivated me to continue expanding my knowledge in talent management,

internal processes, and organizational compliance.

My background in Industrial Engineering strengthens my profile, as I am passionate about

continuous improvement, quality, process optimization, and operational efficiency. I am
