Responsible for the Sales and Service for biomedical equipments and disposables used particularly in the field of Nursing, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Non-Invasive surgery techniques. My job is a mixture of Sales & Marketing activities along with providing technical support and services to the customers/clients using our company's equipments. My other responsibilities include:
Carrying out the installations of all the equipments
Providing service in case of any malfunctioning reported
Carrying out the periodic preventive maintenance
Formulating the marketing strategy and sales plan in coordination with the higher management to ensure higher sales volumes
Identifying new prospects in the market and then formulating strategies for them based on their potential
Arranging and delivering demonstration and presentations for new customers
Maintaining the stock for fast moving disposables associated with different equipments
Frequent visits to hospitals to ensure customer care policy of the company
Meeting the end users in order to present the products and collect their feedback
Following up on Purchase requests, Quotation & Purchase orders with the Purchasing department of hospitals
Coordination with stock management department to ensure timely delivery of all goods to the hospitals
Making sales plan to achieve the target given by the management
Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure
Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email
Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements
Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Area Business Plan
Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market
Reporting business trends and area performance to the National Sales Manager
Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects

I was assigned as Customer Support Engineer for an going project of ZTE with one of the leading mobile services provider in Pakistan.
My responsibilities included:
To assist the senior optimization engineers in KPI optimization
To provide basic training of ZTE software related to the equipments associated with the project
To answer any query of customer regarding ZTE systems/software within 3 hours
To coordinate with the R & D team of ZTE in Pakistan and China, in case the customer needs a detailed technical explanation
To prepare project reports for acceptance of project from technical teams of the customer
