channels including Mail, Web & AVA. The received orders were scanned & stored in FileNet System. The
order managed various validations like RX, TCA, Generic Substitution, PV1, DUR, APMCAS Validation
and DUR Review. Once the adjudication was complete, the order went for DUR review by Pharmacist, TCA
and SI Baker System for fulfilment. The order could be rejected. Once the fulfilment was complete, packing
took place followed by manifesting. SI Baker System tracked the shipped order and updated the status to
MOD System.
