I have more than 10 years of experience in the field of customer success. My experience has come from working in person with consumers in a store setting to communication online. I have learned to show compassion to those who are unhappy and rejoicing during success with happy clients.

I believe my true passion in life is to make connections with people and to learn their stories. My success is measured by the response of my customers. A happy customer is always a win in my book. My secret love is spreadsheets which have a relaxing effect on me.
