I’m Ashley Nicole R. Ventus, an executive and virtual assistant with experience in accounting, customer service, and sales. I’ve worked in a small restaurant, where I handled various roles such as cashier, server, and inventory assistant, contributing to increased profits and developing skills in communication, adaptability, and attention to detail. I’ve also managed a sales role on Instagram, recruiting brand ambassadors and refining my communication and negotiation skills.
Currently, I’m pursuing a degree in Management Accounting, specializing in financial transactions, bookkeeping, and project management. I’ve also gained event coordination experience, managing budgets and supplier relations. I am proficient in tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail), Trello, Canva, and other digital platforms used for accounting, communication, and project management.
