Objective:
To obtain a writing job where I can use my customer service skills, as I have in previous jobs
working in not only retail, but also telemarketing. The most recent jobs I’ve had are either in a
Doctor’s office or in being a Home Health Aide, but in all of these jobs I’ve been able to utilize
various customer service skills. For example, I’ve had to use telephone etiquette when calling
back patients or talking to various offices to obtain confidential information. Along with these
most recent jobs I’ve always enjoyed writing whether it be medical or just for an English paper
that was due.

➢ Assist with biopsies by numbing up the patient, cutting sutures, and help with stopping the
bleeding.
➢ Provided follow-up wound care by cutting the sutures and redressing the wound if need be.
➢ Recorded biopsies in the biopsy book by getting them ready to be sent out.
