As a mother and educator I realize it is my job to know the final destination. You can plan the route there but it comes with a learning curve- shifting in real time as you accept what you thought would work, doesn’t. I excel in computer programs creating multiple forms of visual engagement opportunities. I troubleshoot decisive topics that are brought up turning them into learning opportunities. I encourage and help to create a positive environment that promotes an attitude that fosters growth and success. The most important thing to know about me is that I believe no one person wants to fail, we are all trying and with grace people can learn gracefully from their faults and turn them into strengths.
