Before I began my path as a virtual assistant. I worked in customer service/retail for about 3/4 years. I learned how to talk to customers and provide the best support. As well as how to divide my time considering that I worked many roles as a cashier, visual merchandiser, customer service and shipment processing. I’m also currently working as a behavioral technician part time. I provide services for kids with disabilities or who need support with behaviors. Now that I also I’m working as VA I’ve learned how important it is to take care of yourself to be able provide the best service for your clients. As well as time management and to utilize tools/apps.
