I am PHP/CRM developer since 2007. I used to develop CRM systems using SugarCRM CE , Pro , SuiteCRM etc.

I have implemented a lot of CRM for many industries majorly Real Estate , Hedge Funds , Call centers , Banking & Finance etc.

Over past 12 years , keeping myself busy with clients , I realize that people needs a simple CRM to grow their business.

Unfortunately, most of current CRM systems are loaded with tons of feature which makes a software-heavy to load and difficult to understand.

Which further makes problems to your business.

Ultimately you realize you should move to some better solutions, which is more simple, open source, Free to use. As per the needed feature.

You feel you are running away your money and time with CRM development, rather than making money from your business.

All you were looking for to simply assigned leads/documents within your team, and they just can see according to their Access levels ( Roles )?

All you were looking for to get simply integrated your Email provider like GMAIL , Yahoo , office365 etc.

All you were looking for your calendar items get synchronised Both way?

I am into the impression that I am being correct to understand it?
