I am an engineering graduate with over 18+ years of professional service in business houses ranked amongst the top 5 in India.

During early part of my career, worked in refinery / chemical plant maintenance, construction. Thereafter, post a company sponsored customized course at one of the leading business schools in India (IIM, Bangalore) got a chance to work as a core team member in setting up retail fuel outlets across the country. The job profile evolved from working on strategy --> planning --> process definition --> training --> implementation --> operations.

My next job was as a Program Manager (Western India) for rolling out Supermarkets. The profile entailed preparing store specific project plan, monitoring the plan, communication & co-ordination amongst all functions involved to resolve issues if any so as to ensure there is no plan slippage, pre-store opening activities, ensuring smooth launch of store.

My last job was in Sales & Marketing department of a cement manufacturing company, where was responsible for Business Strategy, Sales Analytics, Budgeting, Sales Planning & Enablement, Intra & Inter department co-ordination, Competition monitoring, Outsourcing operations.

Through my professional career have been involved in detailing / setting up / finetuning business processes, structure, training, implementation.

I have an upbeat personality, get it done mentality & am ready to try out new things. I believe, putting to use my Versatile & Diverse skill set, I would be able to deliver the desired results.
