Asheleigh Manalang

Hi, I’m Asheleigh Manalang, and I’m passionate about making a positive impact through my work. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Holy Angel University (June 2023), which has given me a solid foundation to excel in both behavioral therapy and recruitment/administrative roles.

I recently worked as a Behavioral Therapist at The Children’s Roar, where I executed customized programs to help clients develop healthier behaviors and tracked their progress through detailed reports. This experience honed my ability to empathize, analyze, and create solutions tailored to individual needs.

Before that, I gained hands-on experience in recruitment and quality assurance as a QA Recruitment Assistant at Clark Outsourcing. I conducted interviews, audited CVs, managed ATS updates, and scheduled appointments, which allowed me to develop strong organizational and communication skills.

I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant/Personal Assistant where I coordinated meetings, managed emails, and organized documents efficiently. Additionally, my on-the-job training at TaskUs, the Central Luzon Drug Rehabilitation Center, and MGM ReadyMix Batching Plant gave me a well-rounded perspective on different industries and roles.

I’m tech-savvy and proficient in Google Docs, LinkedIn, Manatal, Indeed, MS Office, and Google Business, and I’m fluent in both English and Tagalog.
