Position Description
The Seller Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. I
am responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to merchants and vendors selling on
the Amazon platform. I have an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon,
making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role. As a Seller Support Associate, I am
expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal
documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for
phone and/or email cases.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication,
Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon vendors and merchants including the appropriate
escalation of Seller issue,

In my five months as a virtual assistant in the freelancer marketplace, I was able to handle and accomplish
the following fixed – term projects, to wit:
1) Virtual Assistant for Product Sourcing ( 2 Years)
As virtual assistant, I assisted my client in selecting the best product to sell on Amazon. Using my skills
and experience in Amazon platform plus integrating various Amazon Search Tools, I was able to
provide my client a list of the best possible products to sell on Amazon. The project lasted for three
weeks.
2) General Virtual Assistant for Amazon Seller (3 years and 4 Months)
This project ran for four months. In this project, I was able to help my client in scaling up his Amazon
business from product sourcing to product listing, fulfillment, inventory management, product
optimization, customer service and managing his Amazon Seller Central Account.
