I started working way back 2022 when the Covid-19 pandemic happened. I started as an E-commerce VA for a dropshipping company. It was somehow aligns to a general VA role wherein I was doing multiple tasks, I managed 2 stores on Walmart and most of the responsibility in those stores are being handled by me. I search good products to sell from Amazon and list them on Walmart, I make sure that the inventory of the items are categorized accordingly and make sure that we still have some stocks, I also process the orders and I maintain the customer response rate at 100% as a chat support to make sure that our store provides a quality service that consumers will like about us the most.

After that I shifted to the BPO industry, and I stayed there til my most recent job as a customer service representative and have acquired almost 2 years experience in this industry. I gained more knowledge and was able to improve my communication skills. And right now I'm ready to take part of the VA/Freelance industry again as this is where I should really be and this is what I really wanted. And yup, that's pretty much it and I'm looking forward to working in this company and to work with you.
