Introduction
This Joint Company Profile is submitted in support of a proposed housing development project
for estate workers in Sri Lanka, with the objective of delivering safe, durable, and affordable
housing in accordance with national housing policies and government development priorities.
The project is a collaborative initiative between Damie Hardware (“Supplier”) and
Hettiarachchi Engineering (“Contractor”), combining proven capabilities in construction
material supply, engineering, and project execution.
Damie Hardware, based in Balagolla, Kengalle, is an established supplier of building
materials and provider of construction support services. Founded in 2021, the company
operates as a family partnership led by Mr. Kumar Sujeeva Kanthan (MBA – UK) and Mrs.
Vijayaratnam Abiraami. The organization is recognized for its strong financial discipline,
transparent business practices, and reliable supply chain management, ensuring
uninterrupted availability of quality construction materials and cost-effective project support.
