Artem Zaretskii

I have been working as a PM for 6 months. In this position, my main responsibility was project management of software development. I have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to develop as a PM and contribute to the company.

As a project manager:

·       Led Arniro’s software development projects (B2B, B2C, CRM, e-commerce)

·       Analyzed and then effectively strategized in regard to business goals, deadlines, schedules, budgets, needed resources, and team member coordination

·       Worked with JIRA, Trello Boards, agile (Scrum) and waterfall methodologies

·       Clearly communicated problems and progress to upper management via engaging and artful presentations

·       Consistently met deadlines with team, achieving commendations for 6 consecutive months

As an ESL and Chinese coach:

·       Planned, prepared and delivered lessons via online methods

·       Prepared presentation teaching materials like sliders, short videos, and podcasts for students in China and in Eastern Europe

·       Conducted various training sessions with Chinese teachers to show them how to evaluate students’ strengths and weaknesses
