I offer Accounting & Bookkeeping for tax, cost, and financial management, configuration, and training in cloud-based accounting software such as Quickbooks Online and Xero for individuals, small and medium-sized businesses.

Most of the projects are based on Quickbooks Online and Xero software and use MS Excel to customize the necessary data.

I provide Data synchronization through tools applied to e-commerce platforms for Accounting, Products and Services Management, and Inventory Management (Online Stores-Wholesale and retail).

At the end of each economic period, I prepare the appropriate financial statements and company accounts. These reports are designed following the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) established by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). These rules are called Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Financial accounting generates the following general purpose financial statements: 1. Statement of profit and loss [P&L]; 2. Balance sheet (statement of financial position); 3. Statement of Cash Flows; 4. Statement of Changes in Equity; 5. Trial Balance (TB).

For my last customers from the US, in addition to processing and recording about 15000 transactions, bank reconciliation of about 40 months, customizing and extracting financial reports from the past 3.5 years. I included Tax planning and Tax management that allowed Federal Tax savings of around 10%-15% when filled Sales and Use Tax Returns. It includes the chart of accounts set up to manage loans and debt settlements like SBA LOAN (PPP) and other lines of credit.

In addition to proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Xero, and MS Excel, I will be able to implement Accounting & Bookkeeping Jobs in WaveApps, FreshBooks, Zoho Books, Sage Intacct, Bill, YNAB - Personal Budgeting Software, DEAR Systems - Inventory Management & Apps Integrations, Quicken - Property Management, and other cloud-based systems, with integrations with Amazon, Hubdoc, GUSTO, Shopify, Clio, and PAYPAL.
