As a seasoned Director for Operations and Senior Executive Consultant in the BPO and other industries, I
lead cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency, drive performance excellence, and ensure
the seamless delivery of client services. With a strong focus on process improvement, quality assurance,

Call Center Operations
Being with the BPO industry since 2005, I have been widely exposed to and trained in various operations
strategies, leadership, and management styles. I have successfully managed and operated different
accounts and campaigns for various BPOs and financial institutions, including the support centers for the
2010, 2013, and 2016 national elections and the National Vaccination Program to battle the COVID-19
pandemic.
Compliance, Strategy, and Contract Management
I ensure that our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements while developing and implementing
strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. I have extensive experience in developing and
managing complex contracts, and negotiations, ensuring that all agreements align with our strategic goals
and legal standards. My ability to integrate compliance and strategic planning uniquely positions me to
safeguard the company’s interests while fostering sustainable development and innovation.
As an ISO practitioner, I also serve as a senior consultant for process re-engineering and corporate
restructuring to various industries such as educational institutions, consumer corporations, and other
business entities.
Project and Operations Management
As part of the executive management team, I have led various government and private projects,
consistently taking on leadership roles within the Project Management Team to ensure their success. My
responsibilities include overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating with
multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. By leveraging my expertise in compliance, strategy,
and contract management, I ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. My
leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving project success and fostering strong
relationships with clients and partners across diverse industries.
Real Estate
As an entrepreneur, I am involved in property development, specializing in building and selling
townhouses in various locations across Baguio City and Metro Manila. This role includes managing the
entire development process from planning to completion. Additionally, I handle compliance management,
ensuring that all necessary permits and legal requirements are meticulously adhered to, thus
guaranteeing the smooth execution and legitimacy of our real estate projects.
Sales
Throughout my career, my sales experience and strategies have been highly developed, which helped me
manage various lines of businesses with different companies such as Teletech, Metrobankcard Corp.,
HSBC-DPP, and others, which have all operated with great success.
