decision-making through unified data visibility.
Leading the audit and assurance process for the migration of MTN Afghanistan's MoMo (Mobile Money) platform from
Ericsson to Huawei, ensuring data migration compliance and integrity throughout the transition process. Overseeing the
development and automation of a Single Lessee Accounting Model for Telecom leases in compliance with IFRS-16
standards, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory adherence.
Implementation of Project Management Office (PMO) in Legal Industry as a lead consultant. Worked with more than
100+ law firm controllers for automation of case management workflows, legal billing, and AR management, setting up
legal reporting dashboards and KPI visualizations. Part of product and services team of firmTRAK Visualize - SAAS based
Legal Project Management and Business Intelligence System, I integrated legal CRMs, practice management solutions,
and accounting systems, and implemented Matter Tracker in LegalTech. firmTRAK Visualize secured second place in the
ABA Tech Alley Startup 2020 and was nominated for the Clio Code Award 2019.
Implemented STREAMLINE - Operations Support Solution (OSS) specifically developed to tackle and resolve the issues
encountered in managing Telecom field operations, in Vodafone DRC, Congo, and Chinguitel Mauritania. Liaised
frequently with internal customers to acquire and maintain a detailed level of application and product knowledge that
translated into a closer adherence to the product requirements for the development team meeting product performance,
reliability, scalability, and maintainability goals.

Managed the successful completion of the acquisitions of three revenue cycle management companies that includes, but not
limited to consolidation within the revenue cycle management and technology segments of the healthcare i.e. Implementation
of EHR and Data Migration from legacy systems.
Managed a portfolio of projects that include Fixed Line Network Sanitization, Mobile Network Stabilization, and
implementation of IT Tools i.e., Real Time Convergent Charging Solution (RTCC), Loyalty Management System and MDF
Database.
PMIS implementation for managing Turnkey Projects for the deployment of GSM and 3G Network for Orange Uganda (700 BTS
Cell Sites), Eitaslat Nigeria (700 BTS Cell Sites), Mobilink Pakistan (Swap of 400 BTS Cell sites) and implementation of Mag.net
for project reporting requirements and trouble ticketing on all three projects.
Implementation and development of Site Tracker (PMIS) ensuring proactive progress and cost control in projects and is
responsible for estimating, controlling, reporting, analyzing, and managing the project execution progress and all project costs
against the commitments of the customer contract and approved project cost baseline.
