I've been in BPO industry for 5 years now. I have skills specifically for customer service. I am part of the first AT&T Ism account in the Philippines. I deal with my customer's billing, sales and technical issues. I've also experienced working as a technical support representative for 8 months dealing with Time Warner Cable customers and have tried working in a collections department for British Telecom.
