I have a 5-year BPO working experience. I was technical support inbound/outbound representative for 2 years with Teletech company, Sprint porting department, a year as a customer service representative with Bell Mobility Canada, (Teleperformance Philippines), and 2-year technical support for back office, email, and chat support with ATT Porting (Alorica). I used to be a team lead for a seasonal sales account for three months. Since August 1, 2018, I am an online ESL Teacher to Chinese kids to adult professionals. I attended a general virtual assistant training to upskill myself. I am confident to work with clients with the experiences and training that I have.
