Velocity AC is an HVAC business serving various counties in Florida. Solar Max is a solar panel
installation/maintenance business serving the same counties. I was brought on initially by the CEO to
audit, manage, and scale both AdWords accounts.
When I began Velocity AC, the account had $1.6M in historical data for me to audit:

As you can see, Velocity was spending a tremendous amount of money with barely the number of
results they could have obtained. When I first saw this account, I was truly in shock – and I explained to
the CEO who brought me on how insane it was to see an account like this. After months of tireless
auditing, split-testing, and optimization I was able to bring the CPA down to $50-$100 per qualified lead
which is quite reasonable for HVAC. On average, I was able to obtain phone calls for $30 each.
Solar Max was a bit different, but still needed a lot of work. When I first began on the account, the
historical data was around $110k total. Here’s the metrics when I began the audit:

I was able to lower the cost/conv by 4x towards the end of the initial audit, split testing, and
optimization process. The account took a lot of work, but overall, the client is happy to see the wasted
ad-spend almost completely gone.

IV Medics is a mobile IV Therapy clinic that focuses on rehydrating and detoxing the patient’s body with
a mobile IV unit. When I initially began on the account, they were spending an insane amount of money
on AdWords and FB with really no results from an extremely high CPA:
As you can see, with $40,000 spent on 1 campaign throughout a 15-day timeframe they received 1
booked appointment- I was astounded. I began the audit/optimization process on the account of their
$600k historical ad-spend immediately. After 6 days of auditing and optimizing the account, I was able
to obtain 32 booked appointments at a total cost of $7k (not including phone calls, emails, or texts onsite) through AdWords:
I would definitely say this is a job well done minimizing the wasted ad-spend by almost 5x. As for FB, this
was a different beast of its own. Before I hopped on, they were spending around $30-$40k/mo trying to
obtain purchases at an average CPA of around $250-$500. After the same amount of time on the FB
account (6 days) I was able to cut this CPA in half:

TRTNation is an online clinic for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. I was onboarded mid-2020 to
perform SEO and fix up their FB campaigns currently running that were obtaining enrollments at a high
CPA. Before I began on the account, they were receiving conversions at around $25-$50. After months
of split-testing and scaling, I was able to minimize the CPA to a median of $6.90/conv.
When I began on their SEO, they had very little presence in the space of organic search. After half a
year+ of optimizing their meta data, structured snippets, image alt-tags, GMB, and citations mixed with
their digital presence already being received on FB – I was able to make extremely strong progress with
their Search Engine Optimization.
DrChrono (2020)

DrChrono is a medical billing SaaS enterprise with a main goal of obtaining private practice doctors
through demo submission, etc. The 7-figure AdWords account was handed off to me in early 2020, and
it was a very exciting account. Considering the amount of ad-spend/historical data on the account, there
was so much information for me to scale the account from.
During Q4 of December (1 month before I was onboarded) there was a total of $90,176 of ad-spend
with 959 conversions at a CPA of $94.03:
After I was onboarded and began optimization during the month of January, the CPA decreased by
almost 75%. With over $25,000 of ad-spend, there were 917 conversions at a CPA of $27.68:

Local SEO – Google AdWords – Google Grants - Google Tag Manager - CRO
Missional Marketing is a Christian marketing agency that specializes in SEO, PPC, and website
development for Churches. What I worked in specifically is optimizing Local SEO for these churches and
managing nonprofit Google Grant accounts on AdWords. Google Grants require CTR to be higher than
5%, ad-groups to be at least 2, and budget to be $329/day in order to qualify. For Local SEO, I worked in
optimizing GMB, structured data, citations, and reporting. In total, I was managing 65 accounts on a
monthly basis

For Portal Power, I ran lead generation campaigns for this start-up resulting in a 0.5 CPA (5000 leads at
