Started as a Product Support Representative in 2005; was deployed in Linksys Level 1 for
3 months.
Piloted the Chat (Non-Voice) program, along with other 10 CCP's, and was promoted to
Product Support Specialist.
Piloted the Linksys Email Support program along with 10 CCP's, and thereafter became
one of the Chat Escalation agents after being promoted to Senior Product Support
Specialist in 2007.
Became one of the 10 pilot agents for the Flip Email Support.
Took and passed the SUPPORTRIX exam and became a part of this elite team from
December 2010 up to present.
Promoted to Technical Support Engineer after 1 1/2 years and earned a Top Performer
Award in 2012 for topping in sales, as well as a rare distinction as one of the 75
Members of President's Club for Year 2012.
Designated as Tech Lead/POC for Supportrix since September 2013.
