I have 9 years of Solid experience knowledge in the ANZ Collections industry. Experience in collecting purchased debts like Mobile and Internet services, ages of debt is 1-4 years. Contingency files like a Traffic violation, Appliances Rental, Toll Fee, Energy and Utilities, Equipment and Machines, and Business and Personal loans, ages of debt are 3- 12 months. Australian payday loans ages one day to 300 days or more.

I fully understand and observed Fair Debt collections Practices and familiar with different payment channels and methods, such as ETF, Direct debit, Bpay, Post office payment.

Before my Collections job, I also have a total of 6 years of Supervisory experience in Telco Customer Service, Sales, Medical Records Retrieval, and eCommerce site.
