Recruitment

• Coordinate with Hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Conducting comprehensive screening of resumes received from various sources, including Indeed, Job Street and other social media platforms.
• Performing prescreening and in-depth calls to verify candidates’ stated experience, desired compensation, availability to start, required skills, and proximity to the sites.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for support, niche, and managerial roles.
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key hiring managers.
• Taking ownership for Onboarding processes until reach day 1 training.
