Hello there! It's nice to meet you. My name is Arnel Rodelas and I live in Mariveles Bataan. I'm sorry if my voice sounds a bit off, I'm currently dealing with a fever and cough.

Let me tell you a bit about my work experience. I used to work as a Customer Service Advisor for a non-voice account at Multi Sources Global Network Inc. We catered to customers from the US and Canada who needed help with using their trail cameras for hunting and surveillance. Since most of our customers were elderly and not tech-savvy, we had to guide them on how to fix their camera or how to buy a plan.

I also worked as a Collection Agent at Innovasia, where I helped collect debts from people online. This was a local account.

Currently, I'm taking care of my wife by doing some household chores like laundry and cooking. In my free time, I enjoy playing online games and playing the guitar.
