Over 10 year of IT experience working with BPO as System Administrator doing DBA tasks and Global support for IT related management on Datacenter.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Arnel Herrera is a certified Technology Specialists for SQL2005, MCSE and MCDBA with Innodata Corporation specifically with the DataCenter Support Group. Arnel has been exposed to a lot of Technology evolution that his previous and present company has been with and over 10 years of experience on Systems Management and Administration. He specializes on DBA tasks as well as deployment of Projects that involved Data analysis and development, most of his Project engagement are identify with Knowledge Process Outsourcing that require his skill as DBA.

Currently he is on Infrastructure deployment assignment as DBA Global support on all Innodata Facility (Manila, Cebu, Noida, Gurgaon, Legaspi, and New Jersey). His responsibility covers the 24 hours on-call support and remote management of all Datacenter as required. He also managed project costing/charging analysis that determine the Project IT resource expenses.

Prior to his present engagement he was previously the head of technical support on Innodata Mandaue Facility, as a System Coordinator he supervises and managed technical support engineer in maintaining 99.95% uptime of the Systems resources.

His previous employment with SPI Technology has gained him a level from Computer Engineer-Trainee to Unix/SAP Administrator, with his seven (7) years of stay with SPI Family he develops his skills as Administrator/DBA for Oracle DB and other RDBMS Systems that project requires.

On his last 2 years of stay with SPI, he managed/work as SAP Basis Consultant with which he successfully deploys and implement at least 3 SAP Project in Manila.
