I started working as customer service representative in a BPO company, as we all know that BPO has their standard when it comes to dealing with their customer. Over the past few years staying in a customer service world, I was able to create my own style of customer service, which is also pattern into a standard which all BPO company is being provided. I was able to move up my career in a BPO industry, I became a Team Leader which I am also handling a minimum of 15 people, along with that I was able to teach them my style of giving a Quality and standard for customer service.
