I used to be a universal(TSR, CSR & Sales) representative, I've been in this industry for almost 5 years. I handled different accounts (US/Australian based accounts). I also worked in a publishing company before as a Check-in coordinator, wherein we help authors to create an idea when it comes to the appearance of their books and also helping them about rights and legalities. I always find this industry a challenging one, because I need to deal with different people with different personality, profession, nationality also with different point of views and/or understanding in a specific situation. Regardless of differences, still I am making sure that I provide equal and satisfactory assistance. In this way it made me much firm and confident in talking to anyone, which will also help me doing this job appropriately with integrity and passion.
