Junior Software Engineer
Andela Kampala, Uganda - Dec 2018 - Oct 2019
- Contributed to the development of the frontend of the Dairynomics using a popular
JavaScript namely Vuejs. During this time, I participated in a bi-weekly sprint for over
three months in which I suggested improvements to existing features, implemented
solutions for new features, as well as fixed bugs.
- Contributed to the development of the Authors Heaven Platform - both backend and
frontend. On the backend, we use the Django Rest framework. While on the frontend,
we used Reactjs, a popular JavaScript library.
- I learned to work within teams which helped me to learn about personal strengths
and weaknesses through the feedback that I received from my teammates as well as
gave to my teammates.
