I've been in the customer service for almost 6 years of my work experience. Different companies but same line of work. I'm trained for my communication skills, in order to achieve quality customer satisfaction through telephone sales. I've dedicated myself in this job, and became my passion. The sound of being credible over the phone is such a relief for customers that even if they don't see you, they will feel that, they are being handled accordingly. I make sure that all my transactions are detailed to protect the client and myself as well. I can work as a competent team player, at the same time can work independently using my fair judgment.
