I have more than 11 year’s successful experience in Customer Service and Support with recognized strengths in account maintenance, problem-solving and troubleshooting. I am currently working as a Quality Analyst in a BPO Company.

My main job is to analyzes/audits emails to ensure that the company's email support representatives are interacting with the clients in such a way that serves a business's best interests.

When I am Customer Service Representative, I'm assisting customer from U.S inquiring about their bills, equipment and service for their Phone, Cable and Data. I've been a Directory Assistance Representative for an online/home based job assisting U.S and U.K customers inquiring about phone numbers, train schedules, sports events, website inquiries, and others.

I can also say that I have experienced in Travel Industry. I've been a Travel Specialist for more than four years. I'm assisting customers finding their travel package, alternate flights or mode of transportation. I booked International and Domestic reservations for tickets, package, air travel, hotel and car rentals from 15 different online travel agencies.
