Create a list of pending tasks and Monitoring all pending tasks that need to be completed. (Visa
Process, New Licenses, External Approval of Departments,Labor and Immigration Department).
Assigning responsibility to do the work and setting of prioritize the tasks based on their urgency and
importance.
Set deadlines for each task to ensure that they are completed on time and follow up with the
responsible person to ensure that the task is completed on time. If there are any delays or issues,
take necessary action to address them.
Determine the type of visa needed by client and gather necessary documentation. Obtain all
required documentation such as passport, visa application, supporting documents, and fees.
Collect, Enter and Updating the latest information on the sponsorship fees and rents that need to be
updated. This could be done by reviewing contracts, invoices, or other relevant documents.
