I worked as an Assistant Manager under the Front Office Department of a prestigious Membership Club in our city for five years. As a manager, my main task were as follows:
- Oversee the operation of Front Office Department particularly: Front Desk, Business Center, Bell Service, Transportation, Command and Control office
- I serve memorandum regarding new policies, notice to explain.
- I also do some administrative tasks like preparing monthly schedule
- I process room reservation,check in and check out of our clients
- I arrange city tour, spa reservation and restaurant reservation
