Throughout my career, I have developed a keen understanding of customer service because of my deep interest in the field. I have years of experience in giving quality service to customers by being a customer service representative. I once worked in a Telco company as technical support, billing and sales representative where I help the customer troubleshoot their internet connection or send technicians, answer billing questions, and upgrade or downgrade customer's services.
I was also a virtual assistant for an e-commerce company where I was assigned to answer inbound product questions, place and track orders, process returns, and refunds. I am a fast encoder with a 98-100% accuracy rate. I am very keen to details and I always make sure that all the information I received and/or given out are correct.
