Duties and Responsibilities
a. Receives calls for maintenance repairs requests and prepares work order request papers and distributes it to the maintenance section foremen.
b. Receives urgent emergency calls and informs the Duty/On-Call technicians to address the particular maintenance problem.
c. Prepares the monthly Work Order Received/Completed and submits these to the Chief Facility Engineer/PPM Engineer for evaluation and survey.
d. Prepares and segregates the PPM Cards which has been collected on monthly basis from Computer Center and Information Systems Department and distributes these to the Maintenance Sections Engineers who in turn distributes the card to the Maintenance Sections Foremen.
e. Records the completed work order/planned preventive maintenance cards and encodes them to the computer database.
f. Logs the emergency calls received at Maintenance Department Logbook and informs the Chief Facility Engineer to determine what action needs to be done to address the situation.
g. Maintains and takes cares of the Maintenance Facility Keys, logs anyone who borrows and uses these keys for future reference.

a. Preparation and encoding of Credit Sales Invoice for Saudi Oger.
Writing by hand the Items sold its quantity and total amount then records it to a database program, Unpaid Invoices for Saudi Oger.
b. Preparation of Quotation requests and sending them to international suppliers.
Saudi Oger sends Quotation request of indoor/outdoor plants and cut flowers. The requested items are written in e-mail and sent to Holland Suppliers (Borgman, Fertiplant, Oz Planten, Oz Export) to obtain the offered prices.
c. Preparation of Quotation for Saudi Oger and other local companies.
Upon receiving the offered prices for plant and cut flowers from Holland Suppliers, the quotation is prepared with equivalent prices in Saudi Riyals and sent thru fax to Saudi Oger Purchasing Division with the Showroom Managers’ approval.
d. Customer Service Attendance.
Handles calls of customers who inquire about the prices of available items and services in the Showroom.
Attends to the inquiries of Saudi Oger Site Personnel and Head Office Staffs.
e. Prepares receiving reports of Cash Invoices.
Writing by hand of the cash invoice number, date of purchase and item quantity invoices to a Receiving Report Receipt book. The Receiving report is submitted along with the original invoice to Accounting Department in Rawabi Fayfa Head Office.
f. Handling of correspondence for International and Local Suppliers.
Prepares letter of inquiries, quotation requests and order to local and international suppliers and sends them thru fax and e-mail.
