I have more than 10 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have also covered a wide array of Tech and customer support based roles including Email and Chat. I've also gone extensive coach and supervisor post for 2-3 years.
I also have an experience as a Community Manager acting as the bridge between a brand and the community aiming to create (i.e. a loyal audience or group of core consumers connected by a similar interest). I also help establish community guidelines, as well as facilitating and moderating conversation between members.
