for 6 years i worked customer/public relationship in company based america and singapore. and last 2 years i worked as customer analys in cruise ship.

some my soft skill i ability to operate msoffice, basic windows program and linux, and for last 6 month i did freelance as CS for hosting provider.

Customer service is already part of my life for doing it 6 years make me realy understand how the businnes work.
