My previous role in call center as customer service representative for more than 2 year has entailed me to communicate to other people effectively and efficiently. When taking calls I used to be as sales representative and I can handle customers needs based on their satisfaction. I was once a TOP Agent in our company which drives me to move up as Real time Analyst for more than 2 years now and receiving lots of rewards because work well under pressure and I have always made sure that a deadline is met.
My specific skills are in the following areas:
Handling both inbound and outbound calls on inquiries from customers and data entry
Keeping check on service impacting parameters (such as AHT, Break Management, Shrinkages, etc)
Conduct analysis and recommending solutions to real time performance issues and close watch on the Actual Staffing
