Hi, I’m a versatile IT professional with experience across healthcare technology, cybersecurity, and technical support. Currently, I work full-time at one of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S., where I support daily operations and help bridge the gap between people and technology. I'm also pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, which continues to sharpen my skills in network security, scripting, and system administration.
Over the years, I’ve developed a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting, system configuration, and customer-focused IT solutions. I’m comfortable supporting both end users and backend systems, and I bring a proactive, solutions-first mindset to every task—whether it's resolving login issues, deploying secure WordPress sites, automating workflows with Python, or configuring Linux servers.
On the side, I'd like to take on freelance projects that will let me expand my expertise and collaborate with people from all industries.
