Hi , this is Ariel gonzalez, I started my job on November the 2nd , 2015 in a call center called " Nearshore " and back then , I used to be a customer sales representative , but I just lasted there just 2 weeks , it was until November the 17th. My second experience took place in Teleperformace which is the company I'm still working for , I got hired on November 23rd,2015 and as I said I'm still working as a customer service representative. I can describe myself as a fast learner with great customer service skills and besides I'm bilingual I know how to speak both english and spanish .
