Skip traced leads using ClustrMaps, and True People Search. I also managed Calltools to recycle campaigns and caller IDs for cold callers and utilized Click2Mail for sending direct mail. Additionally, I also have an experience as a Customer Service Associate in a BPO setup where I handled inbound calls to provide support to customers by helping them check the status of their orders, filing a dispute for their damaged or lost packages, and assisting them in processing either a refund or a replacement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the company.
