I've been in the Contact Center Industry for 1year and 10 months. I've worked as a customer service representative in a telco account for 1 year and as a technical support in a financial account for 10 months. Both are US accounts. I'm flexible with shifting schedule, I can work independently, I'm a fast leaner and I'am willing to learn new things. I believe that my familiarity with the industry would make me a good fit for this position.
