I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science back in 2010. I was a full scholar back then. I was elected as the Vice President of the Student Council. I was given an opportunity to be part of the training department of the Commission of Election in the Philippines. I handled training for the Vote Counting Machine for the 2016 National election. I pioneered the training for the entire region with the most number of participants and with the highest satisfaction survey. I also served as one of the coordinators during the actual election. For now, I’ve been working in the call center industry for almost 10 years. I handled customer service most of the time. Talking to a customer is a little challenging especially if it is not your native language. I admit the fact that I am not fluent in speaking English but I can converse. Microsoft Office is my strength. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and a little of PowerPoint.
